Stijlvol Wonen is the leading interior design magazine for lovers of pure and timeless interiors. Research showed that 60% of Dutch and Belgian consumers preferred this style, making it the perfect moment to strengthen the brand with a rebranding and large-scale marketing campaign.
My role & impact
As Belgium/Netherlands Marketer at Sanoma Media, I was responsible for the entire strategy and execution of this restyling and campaign. My contributions included:
- Magazine restyling – A refreshed layout, new logo, and new editorial sections made the magazine more recognizable and of higher quality
- Branding campaign – The tagline ‘Why follow trends when you’ve got style’ reinforced the magazine’s timeless positioning
- Multichannel promotion – A unique mix of outdoor (billboards), print, online, and radio
- Retail visibility – Enhanced in-store branding to strengthen market positioning
The campaign delivered outstanding results, achieving a sales index of 156 compared to the previous year.
