About ATOSS
ATOSS Software is a leading provider of workforce management software, serving over 12,000 customers worldwide. Their solutions optimize workforce planning, reduce costs, and enhance employee engagement through an intuitive app. The company is headquartered in Munich, Germany.

My role & impact
As Interim Marketing Manager, I was responsible for increasing brand awareness and generating high-quality leads. I developed and implemented a new marketing strategy and improved marketing performance across various areas:

  • Strategy & positioning – Developed a new approach to brand awareness and lead generation in the Netherlands
  • Campaigns & content marketing – Created impactful campaigns and content
  • Digital marketing – Optimized social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEA
  • Team leadership – Managed 1 FTE in the Netherlands and collaborated with execution teams in Germany

Additionally, I advised on the marketing strategy for new offices in Sweden and Belgium, supporting local Marketing & Communications managers and developing joint international campaigns and content.
