About Winningtemp
Winningtemp is a leading platform for employee engagement and AI-driven insights aimed at improving workplace culture. To strengthen its presence in the Benelux region, a strong marketing strategy was needed for the Netherlands and the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.
My role & impact
As a Senior Marketing Consultant, I was responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium. I built the entire framework from the ground up, including:
- Market & competitor analysis – Gaining insights into Winningtemp’s market position and opportunities
- Marketing strategy & positioning – Developing a targeted strategy for regional growth
- Content development & brand visibility – Creating marketing materials such as the website, social media, sales documents, and onboarding materials
- Campaigns & lead generation – Launching targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions
- Events & speaker sessions – Organizing trade fair participation and increasing visibility at relevant industry events
- International collaboration – Participating in global projects and working closely with teams in Sweden (Gothenburg)
My hybrid working approach—mostly remote with occasional on-site collaboration in Sweden—allowed me to closely align with the international team and significantly enhance Winningtemp’s visibility and positioning in the Benelux market.
