Every year, Canon runs a variety of promotional campaigns to boost product sales. These campaigns range from cashbacks, workshops, and free premiums to vouchers that can be used for future purchases. A well-executed campaign requires seamless coordination to keep both internal teams and retail partners informed while ensuring a smooth processing system for all applications.

My role & impact
As Campaign Manager, I was responsible for the entire process from strategy to execution. My key responsibilities included:

  • Strategy & concept development – Designing and structuring promotional campaigns
  • Agency & stakeholder management – Leading external agencies and coordinating with internal teams
  • Planning & budget control – Managing execution timelines and ensuring cost efficiency
  • Legal compliance – Working closely with the Legal department to ensure campaigns met regulations
  • Multichannel rollout – Executing campaigns via online, social media, email (EDM/CRM), and retail communications
  • Data analysis & reporting – Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing based on insights

Through a structured approach and strong attention to detail, I ensured these campaigns were not only commercially successful but also legally sound and operationally efficient.
