ATOSS Software is a workforce management software provider. With more than 12,000 customers worldwide, their software makes scheduling smarter and more cost-effective, while employees are much more involved in the entire process via the app. ATOSS is headquartered in Munich, Germany.
In the Netherlands I was hired as interim Marketing Manager to build brand awareness and generate leads. For this we developed a new strategy containing new activities, events, campaigns, content, improving social media and online marketing performance (Google Analytics, SEO, SEA). In this process, I had one marketing assistant in the Netherlands and worked closely with the executive team members in Germany.
In addition, I advised the Marketing & Communication managers during the start-up of new branches in Sweden and Belgium and developed joint campaigns and content for the international markets.
