Canon Netherlands — promotions
Every year, Canon organizes promotions to stimulate sales. These can vary enormously, from a cashback to a workshop or free premium to credit to spend on a follow-up purchase.
Setting up these promotions is complex. Not only must every department be kept up-to-speed internally. Retailers, too, must be well-informed. The complete processing of all requests is also crucially important.
As manager of these promotions, I worked out everything from strategy to concept to execution. Including, for example, managing agencies, concept evaluation, planning, budget monitoring, alignment with Legal, online & social media, EDM/CRM journeys, analysis, and reporting & documentation.
